Chlorite phantom quartz

Chlorite phantom quartz is a clear quartz with visible green inclusions of chlorite. During the crystal's growth, there were brief periods of rest, during which layers of chlorite were deposited before the quartz continued to grow. This creates the characteristic "phantom" effect: a soft green glow or a shadow of a previous crystalline form trapped within the stone.
