1. The right stone
The process of making the pendants starts with finding the right gemstone. The shape and size are important and only if they meet the requirements will it be made into a pendant.
2. Drilling the gemstone
Then in the stone using a diamond drill a hole is drilled, this is done in water to cool the stone and drill.
3. Processing the eyelet
Then an eye is made of it silver , gold filled or 14 karat gold with which the pendant is attached to the stone.
4. Take pictures

History of Carnelian
The history of Carnelian goes back to ancient times, where the stone was already used by the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. The Egyptians believed that carnelian protected against evil spirits and that it promoted blood circulation in the body. The Greeks and Romans used the stone in jewelry and statues.
Where is carnelian found?
Carnelian can be found in several countries around the world, including Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Utah and Idaho in the United States, and Madagascar. However, most of the carnelian found today comes from India and East Africa.
The quality of carnelian varies greatly depending on where the stone is found. The best quality carnelian is deep orange to red in color, clear and free of inclusions. This quality of Carnelian is commonly used in jewelry and collectibles. Less quality Carnelian may be brown or yellow in color and may contain impurities.
