How do I return something?
You can return the item(s). Returns are at your own expense. You can easily do this via PostNL or a nearby parcel point.

Returns 'from stone to pendant' (custom-made)
With these pendants, you choose the eyelet with which the pendant is finished, and whether you choose silver or gold. Because the pendant is specially and custom made for you, this falls under custom work. Unfortunately, custom-made products cannot be returned according to the return conditions.
Returns for free shipping orders
If your original order qualified for free shipping and you did not pay shipping costs, the following applies:
- Does the total amount after your return remain above the free shipping limit? Then nothing changes.
- Does the total amount after your return fall below this limit? Then the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Other information
- We would like to receive your return undamaged and unused. Upon receipt, we will refund the money to the account used for the order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return earrings.
- Returning products is at your own expense and risk.
- Once the return is received, it will take approximately 2-3 business days for the money to be back in your account.
Exchange
It is not possible to exchange your product. If you would like to receive a different product, we advise you to return your current items and place a new order.
Undo purchase
How do I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please let us know as soon as possible and fill out the cancellation form below.

- Not yet shipped? We will cancel your order immediately.
- Already on its way or already received? Then simply return the products according to our return policy.
