Tourmaline stung Nala

Stak Nala tourmaline is not a separate type of tourmaline, but is named after the unique Stak Nala locality in the mountainous region of Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan. The crystals belong to elbaite, a colourful variety within the tourmaline group, and are known for their natural colour zoning. Dark crystals can transition into green, blue, or sometimes pink, with the characteristic green terminations being particularly prized.
