About Pezottaite

Pezzottaite is a rare stone with a raspberry-pink to magenta color, sometimes also called Raspberyl. It is a distinct mineral species within the beryl group. Pezzottaite was discovered in 2002 in pegmatites in central Madagascar and recognized in 2003 as a new mineral species, named after the Italian mineralogist Federico Pezzotta. Due to its scarcity and small crystal size, it is considered a sought-after collector's stone worldwide.

Meaning of Pezzottaite

Self-love, Creativity & Inner Peace

Pezzottaite is a gentle but powerful stone that helps you return to yourself. Its energy supports opening your heart, softening tension in your chest area, and bringing calm when emotions run high. This stone helps you better connect feeling and body, making you feel more grounded and clear again.

Pezzottaite acts as a gentle guide during periods of stress, overstimulation, or inner pressure. It draws your energy inward, calms mental restlessness, and softens tension around the heart area. Pezzottaite encourages deeper breathing and provides a sense of warmth, security, and comfort.

On a mental level, pezzottaite stimulates clarity and creativity. It is a stone for those who want to create from feeling: writing, designing, shaping, but also making new ideas and choices. It helps you return to your own rhythm and make decisions that align with your heart.

Emotionally, pezzottaite is soothing. It supports letting go of old pain, calming the nervous system, and restoring self-trust. This stone helps you support yourself again, become gentler towards your own body, and feel love in moments when you may have lost it.

How does it work?

Some gemstones are so special that we only have one (or very few) of them. Especially with these unique pieces, we leave the eyelet off for now.

The stone has already been drilled, but you choose whether you want a silver or gold finish.

After your order, we will make the pendant especially for you. Please allow for a processing time of approximately 5 business days.

Finishing options

You can choose from the following finishes:

  • Gold filled 14kt
This material consists of 5% genuine 14-karat gold. The gold layer is much thicker than with gold-plated plating and, with proper care, retains its beautiful gold color for years.
  • 925 Sterling silver
Real silver is also an option, of course! The eyelet can become a bit dull over time, but with a silver polishing cloth, you can easily make it shine again.
  • 14 carat gold
This precious metal remains beautiful for a lifetime. For a 14-karat gold eyelet, we charge an additional €25.
