Conichalcite
Origin: Mexico
About Conichalcite
This cluster consists of clear, transparent calcite crystals with conichalcite. Calcite is a calcium carbonate that can grow into crystal-clear crystals with a beautiful luster. Conichalcite is a rare calcium-copper arsenate. It forms in the weathering zone of copper ores, where oxygen-rich groundwater converts older copper minerals into something new. The name comes from the Greek words konis (powder) and chalkos (copper), because the mineral often grows as a fine crust and contains copper. This combination comes from Mexico, which is known for its clear calcite with conichalcite.
Meaning of Calcite with Conichalcite
Clarity, Heart & Balance
Calcite with conichalcite is a stone of clear, harmonizing energy. In this combination, two forces come together: the transparent calcite stands for clarity and space, and conichalcite for the heart and inner balance. A stone that helps you live life with a clear head and an open heart.
Calcite brings clarity where it felt murky. It helps you let go of excessive thoughts, make space in your mind, and look at situations with fresh eyes. Just like the clear crystals in this cluster, calcite invites you to see things as they truly are.
Conichalcite is connected to the heart. It supports emotional balance, helps you release old blockages, and encourages self-acceptance. Conichalcite arises from the conversion of older minerals, and thus it also stands for resilience: growing from what was already there and making something beautiful out of it.
Thus, calcite with conichalcite combines clarity with heart connection. A stone for those who want peace and space in their minds, want to come into balance with their feelings, and want to go their own way with resilience and an open heart.
How does it work?
Some gemstones are so special that we only have one (or very few) of them. Especially with these unique pieces, we leave the eyelet off for now.
The stone has already been drilled, but you choose whether you want a silver or gold finish.
After your order, we will make the pendant especially for you. Please allow for a processing time of approximately 5 business days.
Finishing options
You can choose from the following finishes:
-
Gold filled 14kt
This material consists of 5% genuine 14-karat gold. The gold layer is much thicker than with gold-plated plating and, with proper care, retains its beautiful gold color for years. -
925 Sterling silver
Real silver is also an option, of course! The eyelet can become a bit dull over time, but with a silver polishing cloth, you can easily make it shine again. -
14 carat gold
This precious metal remains beautiful for a lifetime. For a 14-karat gold eyelet, we charge an additional €25.
